• Capacity Building: We strengthen local ownership by providing targeted training and mentorship in leadership and organisational development for activists and community groups.
• Community Dialogues: We facilitate understanding and resolution through structured platforms like Round Table discussions and Forums, creating space for consensus and collective action.
• Civic Engagement & Social Accountability: We enhance good governance by driving Social Accountability and Public Participation Initiatives. These efforts empower citizens to demand transparency and better service delivery.
• Advocacy: We leverage our expertise to influence policy and public opinion. This includes deploying Position Papers and utilising both mainstream and online media to advocate for human rights and justice.
• Artivism and Expression: We use Artistic Expression as a powerful, creative tool for healing, dialogue, and mobilising communities, turning shared cultural symbols into platforms for peace.

• Research and Documentation: We conduct Evidence-Based Research to document successes, analyse challenges, and provide the crucial data needed to inform effective policies and evaluate our programming.
